to influence people, The title of the leader alone isn’t always help to influence
others, nor the formal position, What’s the best way to position yourself as an
informal leader? How does the leader motivate colleagues to support the
initiatives?

important to be able to command influence, because of the increased pressure on

leader , support the idea is because they like the leader. A person doesn’t need

a good rapport with his colleagues . This helps the leader to let others to listen

make them feel heard. Start by giving them your undivided attention in one to
one situations. A big part of workplace resentment is people feeling
disrespected and their voices aren’t heard

People are constantly evaluating whether to trust the leader or not, Employees are asking the question, ‘Is this person a friend or enemy? Is this person trying to challenge me, or are we on the same side?
